BitSight Integrated Demo Environment
Built and ran BitSight’s integrated TPRM demo environment for partner platforms (ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Venminder, OneTrust, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and others), with API/JSON/SAML integrations, live demos/POCs, and SE video training. Outcome: hundreds of demos and post-sale integration support from that environment.
Salesforce ↔ QVidian Proposal Automation
Framework in Salesforce to support proposal management with reportable pipeline metrics: engagement model for RFP help, proposal fields, data-flow testing, and rule updates. Outcome: proposals kicked off from SFDC with management visibility, opportunity details flowing into documents, and status tracked with dedicated reports.
QVidian Implementation for Proposal Automation
Stood up QVidian for a sales org of ~400: collateral architecture, RFP Q&A database, SFDC notification templates and import, style sheets with marketing buy-in, and bid pipeline reports. Outcome: roughly doubled proposal-team productivity and improved proposal quality.
AlertEnterprise Center of Excellence Redesign
Redesigned a customer-facing security demo lab and built new demo use cases.

Sant → QVidian On-Prem to Hosted Conversion
Migrated proposal content and architecture from on-prem Sant to hosted QVidian to cut proposal-manager engagement time (~30 minutes toward ~10), with SFDC import and Q&A search libraries. Outcome: faster overseas performance, current hosted revisions, adoption within a month of go-live.
Sant Suite for Proposal Management
Replaced manual copy/paste RFP assembly with a database-driven Sant system: document architectures, content for 33 product lines, templates/style sheets, Shipley-aligned structure, auto-answer Q&A, and SFDC-triggered bid requests. Outcome: scaled annual proposals and managed pipeline (reporting and win-rate lifts as recorded on LinkedIn).
